Capital Injection into Indonesia
Takaful Malaysia has obtained BNM's approval to inject a capital of up to RM25 mil into PT Syarikat Takaful Indonesia ("STI"), which is 56% owned by Takaful Malaysia. The purpose is to strengthen the capital structure of PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga (99.9% owned by STI) to meet the minimum solvency requirement under the risk based capital framework.Source: Bursa Malaysia
