Boards Can't Confirm on Privatisation
The Boards of Melawar Group and MAA Holdings Bhd are not able to confirm Tunku Ya'acob's remark that MAA may be taken private."The Boards are only able to comment after they have made due enquiries with the major shareholder, who is currently overseas."
