Middle East Investor Involved in MAA's Privatisation
There is new speculation that MAA will be taken private using fund from a Middle East investor. The fund will also be used for fresh capital injection to improve solvency ratio.MAA has been in discussions with various parties in the past on M&A. The parties included Allianz, Axa, Kurnia and Nippon Life.
