Takaful penetration rate is low
PruBSN says that takaful penetration rate of 7.7% is low compared to 40% in conventional.Facts on PruBSN:
- 10,000 agents, 50% are non-Muslims
- 216,000 certificate holders, 35% are non-Muslims
- RM300 mil in regular contributions
